 MINISTRY :- Rural development 

AIM:- To provide house to poor rural indian citizen as in the line of the scheme for housing for all by 2022 in urban areas. it will require  approximately construction of 1 crore pucca houses in next three years.

BENEFICIARIES:- Bonded labor, SC, ST, non ST-SC, poor BPL family, widows 

. house will be in the name of the femalee head of the family or in the joint name of male head of the family and his wife 

. list of beneficiaries will be made after applying following 13 exclusion criteria:

1. family having motorized agricultural equipment 

2. family having motorized vehicle 

3. kishan credit card with credit of 50,000 or more 

4. any members earn more than 10,000 per month 

5. Any government employee in the family

6. non agricultural registered enterprises possessed by any household member 

7. paying income tax

8. paying professional tax

9. family having refrigerator

10. family having landline

11. family has 2.5 acres sor more irrigated land 

12. family has 5 acres or more irrigated land with two or more crop seasons 

Financial assistance

. rupees 1.2 lakh for construction house in the plain areas

. rupees 12,000 for toilet construction (under total sanitary campaign - swacch bharat mission)

. rupees 70,000 is optional loan will be given to construct the house 

. shomeless chulla is mandatory to construct and it will be provided under Rajiv gandhi gramin vidhyutikaran yojana

. Total construction area has been raised from 20-25 sq.ft
