SUPPRESSION OF ADHOVATA ( flatus )

. Gulma ( abdominal tumor )

. udhavartha 

. klema ( exhaustion even without exertion )

. dristii (loss of vision )

. loss of digestive capacity 

. diseases of heart 


suppression of purisa ( faeces)

. pindikodvesta ( pain in the calves )
. pratisyaya (Running nose )
.Siro ruja (head ache )
. Urdhva vayu (belching )
.Parikartho ( cutting pain in rectum )
. Hrudasya uparodhanam ( oppression in the region of the heart)
. mekhaena vit pravruthi ( vomiting of faeces )

Suppression of mutra ( urine )

. Anga banga (pain all over the body )
. ashmari (stone )


Treatment 
- varthi 
-Abyanga 
-Avagaham
-swedana
-vasti 


here  drinking ghee in the maximum dose before breakfast is ideal (avapidaka sneha)
